Mae pob un daith gerdded yn cael ei gynllunio i fod yn hygyrch drwy dychwelyd dydd taith tr\u00ean oddi ar nifer o brif lein, a chysylltu ar y bws a gorsafoedd rheilffordd. Mae'r teithiau cerdded yn rhad ac am ddim i ymuno ac yn agored i'r cyhoedd, gyda dim yn aelodau o unrhyw sefydliad yn ofynnol.<\/p><\/div>

Mae'r Teithiau Rheilffordd rhaglen yn cael ei drefnu gan aelodau gwirfoddol y Rheilffyrdd yn Troeon Gymdeithas a gynhyrchwyd gyda chefnogaeth Trafnidiaeth ar gyfer Cymru.<\/p>
